Unfortunately we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been confirmed. If you like, you can update the details via MyPost.
To sign up to Australia Post’s MyPost facility you just need to enter your name, email address, and password. There is no charge from Australia Post to setup this facility and there is no charge to redirect a parcel.

Once signed up, you can then use this facility to track any Australia post parcel with the tracking number we provided and either have the parcel left in a safe place, or have the parcel sent to a new address.
